Koan

What arises will one day vanish 
so I am asking, what does not change
what is continuous, what is eternal,
what transcends this human play ?

What is a Quiet mind, love unconditional
what keeps in balance the stars in the sky
what is continuous, what is eternal
where is our true home, who am I ?

I let go of all these questions now 
and turn to silence for a reply
and I am showered by a power
that is vaster than the sky

carry our blessings into the night

Crossroads

When you adopt the viewpoint
that all that exists within your circle of life
is nothing but another part of you

When you come to the conclusion
that there is no one who exists,who is not a part of you

You will wisely extend to yourself
an unconditional love that will be 
the light of your day, the light of your night
the light that lightens up this world of ours

where you can choose which road to take
for the highest good of all

Today you revealed yourself to me  
telling stories of your inner and outer world
You told me you are doing fine just fine ,

I listened to you and I felt you so deeply and all I could say was :
I love whatever you do but I wanted to say
